Returns

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, custom-made products, personalized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
